Drawing coming soon: L-Shaped
What was drawn
L-shaped screen enclosure
An enclosure that wraps the corner of the house. Every wall, post and roof member is laid out around the turn, so the model and the material list match the job you are actually building.

What comes with the drawing tool

One drawing gives you everything you need to price the job right and win it.

PLACEHOLDER: Material list screenshot (Nick will send)

Material list

Every part broken down by how you build, so you order right the first time and stop eating the cost of extra material.

PLACEHOLDER: Details page screenshot (Nick will send)

Details page

The construction details for the job on one page, so your crew builds it exactly the way you sold it.

PLACEHOLDER: Labor breakdown screenshot (Nick will send)

Labor breakdown

Labor costs figured and your markup added, so every quote protects your margin.

PLACEHOLDER: Proposal PDF screenshot (Nick will send)

Proposal

A customer-ready PDF you present on the spot, so you get the approval before you leave the driveway.

See it in action

From drawing to material list to proposal.

A short walkthrough of the drawing tool, from the first sketch to a proposal your customer can sign.

PLACEHOLDER: Demo video coming soon (16:9). Nick will replace this with the demo video.

Sound familiar?

If you run a screen company, you’ve said at least one of these this week.

01

“I’ve got twelve jobs going and couldn’t tell you the stage of half of them right now.”

02

“I couldn’t tell you where our cashflow stands today.”

03

“I order material on a guess, so we’re either sitting on extra or scrambling to find more.”

04

“I’m making big decisions without the reports that should be backing them up.”

05

“My team is patching holes instead of running a system that actually works.”

ScreenBuilderPro was built to make these headaches disappear.

Why we built this

Built by two people who ran this business, not guessed at it.

Nick Wolstenholm

Nick Wolstenholm spent years as a project manager at Pombo’s Contracting Services, running more than 700 screen enclosure projects a year. He handled everything from material lists and crew payments to client relations and whatever came up on-site, the exact chaos SBP was built to organize.

Alfredo Santana

Alfredo Santana was born in Cuba and trained as an engineer before coming to the US. He found his way to Pombo’s Contracting Services in Tampa and worked his way up to operations manager, running installs on more than 700 projects a year and keeping crews moving from one job to the next.

We built SBP because we lived this from both sides. Nick planning the jobs, managing clients, and handling whatever came up on-site. Alfredo running the installs and keeping crews on schedule. Neither of us could get a straight answer on where a job stood without walking the yard or calling around. Material lists that lived in someone’s head. A spreadsheet nobody trusted.

If something needs solving for your business, you’re talking to us directly, the two people who lived this, not a support queue.

Straight answers

Questions contractors ask us first.

I already track this in a spreadsheet. Why switch?

Will my crew actually use this?

Is this just construction software with a new coat of paint?

Is this actually free, or is there a catch?
